Cyber Security Architect – contract

Frontier are working with a number of clients that require experience within Cyber. This is a highly rewarding and hands on role with exposure across both traditional and cutting edge enterprise IT as well as bespoke Operational Technology systems with a clear and defined pathway to achieve chartership, NCSC certification and greater responsibility.

We are after creative, passionate, technically savvy and personable people to help grow our practice and solve some of the most challenging, exciting and critical security challenges to the UK’s digital landscape.

  • Implementation of security standards and requirements (eg. JSP440, JSP604, ISO 27005, NIST RMF)
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and maintaining a Security Case for a capability, product or service with experience in: supply chain cyber risk, multi-level security, ethernet and network design, cryptography or TEMPEST
  • Confident understanding of TCP/IP based networking concepts across the OSI model layer as well as the common protocols in use and their key risks.
  • At least 1 recognised professional certifications in Cyber Security such as Sec+, CISMP, and CCNA Sec.
  • An ambitious and creative drive to help safeguard UK national infrastructure and become a recognised cyber expert.
  • Varied experience in the development and mentoring of junior team members.
  • Demonstrable ability in deriving security requirements from functional objectives with limited knowledge of the underlying solution and customer/team direction.
